If you choose to enter into a business relationship with JustAskLoretta.com/LorettaLancaster.com you submit to our return/refund policy.

Business Consultation and digital technical work is a financial commitment that is paid in advance.

All sales are final.

Ongoing MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION Business Consultation:

Completed business consultation meetings are not refundable or returnable. This includes any and all meetings that have been paid for but not scheduled yet.

If you choose to cancel your subscription to ongoing meetings & development, we are sorry to see you go. If you choose to cancel your monthly subcription to business consultation and planning; you will not be charged any future billings.

Simply cancel in writing, ([email protected]) so that your cancellation day/time etc. can be referenced.

If you are planning to cancel make sure you do this before your next monthly bill is paid. You will not be issued a refund.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. Current months will not be partially refunded.
